To embed a Pin on your website:
- Click Share and then Embed on a Pin – we'll bring you to our widget builder.
- Or, you can go straight to our widget builder and paste in the URL of the Pin you want to embed
- Click Build It!
- Paste the code we give you onto your website, right where you'd like to see your Pin
- The code should look like: <a data-pin-do="embedPin" href="http://pinterest.com/pin/99360735500167749/"></a>
Note: The script tag is what makes the widget on your page. If you already have the Pin It button or another widget on your page, you don't need to add the script tag again. Only run pinit.js once per page!
Embed from a Pin:
Or go straight to our widget builder:
If you want a Pin It button to show when people hover over images on your website, you can add a hoverbutton.
Add this to the bottom of your page, just above the closing </BODY> tag:
Note: If you're already using pinit.js on your page – because you added one of our other widgets – don't add it again. Just add data-pin-hover="true" to your existing SCRIPT tag.
You can also build a hoverbutton in our widget builder.
To disable hoverbuttons for specific images, add this code to the specific IMG tag:
<img data-pin-no-hover="true" src="yourimage.jpg" />
Note: If you're using our no-pin code for any image on your website, hoverbuttons won't work for that image.
